[FEATURE] Claude CoworkVMService shoud start when needed, not Automatic

Problem Statement

This is a gaming PC so least background services is better. So I'm not using Claude 24/7. This service is set the Automatic and cannot be switching to Manual because the drop-down menu is greyed out. Even setting to Manual via registry, the only way to stop is removing System permissions to rewriting itself. But this is completely remove the service. Actually it's a useful feature. But should be started when needed or it should be start/stop with Claude desktop app not running in the background all the time.
