[Feature Request] /rename command should improve name selection accuracy and display historical session names during navigation and auto update

Bug Description
/rename doesn't always pick the correct name. Sometimes, I have to run it twice for it to choose the correct name. It should correctly guess based on the user input, not its own output. And lastly, as you go up in messages with the up arrow key, it should change the name so we know what the session was called then. This way, it is easier to navigate through history. An optional auto-update would significantly enhance the experience.
