[Feature Request] Improve code review and error detection accuracy in agentic mode

Bug Description
its doing ok, chatgpt finds errors allot of time so why Claude can't do as good when asked to revire its code even when i used fable is strange. I feel i can't fully trust its work so i have to go back and forth between Claude and gpt to find bugs
