No way to permanently disable /buddy feature

## Description

The `/buddy` feature (April Fools' Easter egg) appears every time Claude Code is opened, with no obvious way to permanently disable it.

## Expected behavior

There should be a clear setting or flag to disable `/buddy` so it doesn't appear on startup.

## Current workaround

Manually added `"buddy": "off"` to `~/.claude/settings.json`, but this doesn't appear to be a documented setting.
