Issue with Session Usage Limit with (conversation ID)

Bug Description
I only sent a single message in a new conversation, but the session usage immediately reached 100%. I was using Sonnet 4.6. I would appreciate it if you could review and improve my usage limits, or fix the issue if it is on your side. Here is the conversation ID: a74d6073-d5ba-43c4-b48f-5516a5695a89
