[Feature Request] Expose teammate agent metadata in team-lead agent context

Bug Description
In agent teams, I think we should be able to take action based on teammate agent's metadata. For example, when teammate is reaching towards auto-compaction limit, I wanna pass custom skill that runs as a custom compactor. For this to work, team-lead should have teammate's context information. I beleive this is not exposed to team-lead in anyway.
