/pet comments not easily promotable to tasks — hard to capture short statements
Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Apr 5, 2026 by CondorCommodore Closed Apr 8, 2026
Summary
The /pet (Flintmoss) companion feature generates useful short comments in a speech bubble, but the UX makes it difficult to act on them.
Problem
- Cannot cleanly copy-paste text out of the Flintmoss speech bubble
- Cannot recall previous statements Flintmoss made in the session
- Short, punchy observations are the most valuable output — but they're the hardest to capture
- No path from "Flintmoss said something insightful" → "create a task / save a note"
What would help
- Copy button on the speech bubble, or selectable text
- Recall —
/pet historyor similar to replay what Flintmoss said this session - Promote — a way to turn a Flintmoss comment into a task or memory with one click/command
Context
Flintmoss is a great idea — a low-friction ambient observer. The gap is that the observations vanish. Users notice something worth acting on but can't easily get it out of the bubble and into their workflow.
