What's Wrong?

When Claude shows the question “How is Claude doing this session?”, there’s a risk that the user might accidentally respond to it, resulting in invalid feedback. Sometimes the question comes up at the same time that Claude is answering and there's no time to correct the answer.

What Should Happen?

As a user, I expect to answer to Claude's questions and not the NPS question. Especially if the NPS wasn't visible when I asked the question from Claude.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ask Claude to provide options for a problem:
Options for the solution are:
	1.	foo
	2.	bar
  1. Wait (or force) for the “How is Claude doing this session?” message to appear.
  2. Start typing a number to respond to Claude’s question. This will register as feedback for the NPS question instead
