[Bug] Claude Code ignores explicit user instructions and proceeds with unrelated tasks

Bug Description
I asked a very simple task, write unit tests for a bug that I noticed and he couldn't run the tests for some reason and decided to move on to fixing them BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID
