[Bug] Claude Code proceeds with task execution before user confirmation after branch switching

Bug Description
time to time I am seeing it is going ahead of me, like this last prompt, where I said what we want to do, and then I said "but first lets go to a branch", it assumed that it should start the work after moving to branch. But thats not conservative approach, and the system can get ahead of user. It can be good, but in my case id did not have context, and started working :)
