[Bug] Tool execution proceeds without reading source context, then backtracks after generating incorrect output

Bug Description
tool creates without looking at clone, lies about having read it, wastes hours, then when doing shitty trashn it says let me actually look at it. the level of gaslioghting is insane. more audhd breakdown. reporting only for litigation legal fileing dlete i dont give a fuck
