[Bug] Terminal scrolling and content rendering issues with Claude Code

Bug Description
is it an issue with iterm2 or did something changed with respect to the Claude Code interface? it's been horrible over the last couple of days. Scroll breaks and I can't see the content itself beyond a certain point, and so on
