[BUG] Can not cancel the subscription of Claude pro plan

What's Wrong?

I paid on website then downloaded an iOS app. Then the website says I can not manage the subscription there since I'm using the iOS app. iOS app says I can not manage there since I'm using a different account in App Store, which is not true: I use the same email for both Claude and app id. I can not see any purchase history in my App Store, nor find any receipt from anthropic in my email address. How should I cancel the subscription then?
