- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
Cowork displays "La virtualisation n'est pas disponible" (Virtualization is not available)
on Windows 10 Pro despite all virtualization features being fully enabled.
- CoworkVMService : Running
- Hyper-V : Enabled
- VirtualMachinePlatform : Enabled
- HypervisorPlatform : Enabled
- %APPDATA%\Claude folder : does not exist (VM never initializes)
Restarting and clean reinstalling Claude Desktop does not resolve the issue.
What Should Happen?
Cowork should detect that all virtualization features are enabled
and successfully start the VM workspace.
Error Messages/Logs

but the virtualization service is not responding.
