Claude Code tab completely unresponsive — no model output on any prompt

What's Wrong?

I'm Trying to type and getting respond, but the claude code is not even responding (as shared in the images).
as i'm not from tech background im not able to solve this or able to find to solve this issue.

What Should Happen?

It should respond and help me to do the coding and design/development.
