[Bug] Remote Control session creation failed in v2.1.81

Bug Description
for the last day or two I've been unable to start or reconnect remote control sessions. Error on claude terminal says: Remote Control failed · Session creation failed. I'm using v2.1.81 which is the current stable release I believe. I've tried restarting claude, logging out and then back in, /doctor command, using --remote-control on command line, using /rc in active session, and nothing has worked. I've searched on the internet and asked claude but nothing has helped. Remote control was working for about a week prior so it did work at one point. I don't have any network issues and have tried switching to mobile internet as well as wired home broadband and the result is the same
