Limit reached – contact an admin to keep working

Bug Description
I ran into " Limit reached – contact an admin to keep working" after which my admin upped my limit, but the error continued, even though the /usage command shows that I am no longer at capacity. It shows only 10% of tokens used for the session and 4% for the week. before the upgrade it was showing 100% for the sesion and 10% for the week.
