[BUG] Automatically Went to extra usage without prompting

What's Wrong?

It used extra usage without asking just went into it when my usage was up used 20 dollars in API before i noticed it.

What Should Happen?

Should ask for extra usage.

Run out of usage it automatically uses extra usage if you have a balance
