[BUG] Rate-limit 100% within 20 min -> same daily prompts/codes

What's Wrong?

Version 2.1.90 still broken, i dont know which is the cause. All i know its impossible to use Claude Code

What Should Happen?

Having this problem about 3...4 days, before that i could keep coding all 5hr session without even getting to 80% (even on high demand hours).
