[BUG] 100% CPU Usage During Plan Mode Prompts

What's Wrong?

There's a new feature in plan mode where Claude asks a few questions and you select the "radio" buttons one at a time. It seems while this is open, CC is spinning one cpu core at 100%...

What Should Happen?

Claude should not occupy an entire cpu core while waiting for an answer.
