[Bug] Model not respecting recorded memories in context and/or `/feedback` not working?

Bug Description
Initial issue: Model isn't following recorded memories properly.

Used /feedback to report it and was shunted to Github issues with the following... That error info is unrelated to the issue I was seeing with the model so I'm guessing the /feedback command ran into a problem?
