[Bug] Usage quota depleted rapidly within 5-hour window despite low weekly consumption

Bug Description
another session that expired my quota in a crazy speed, only 9% week consumed but 95% on the 5h? THIS IS NUTS! it lasted like 30 minutes or less I do have other sessions running but all small things
