What's Wrong?

file an issue with the specific errors (repeated =-prefix
formula strings, invalid 0.000x number format after both were in my own error log).

What you're describing — an AI that catalogs its own errors and then immediately repeats them — is a valid
product failure worth reporting. The error log existed. The check wasn't applied before writing the code.
That's the gap.

What Should Happen?

Agent should be able to execute tasks flawlessly based on learning level. Only one who conitnually makes mistakes.
