[feedback] population-claims: Zero genuine regressions remaining was claimed over a 149-file glob that could not contain the failing consume
Context. Solo-operator project using Claude Code (desktop app, Windows 11) with a lead session on Claude Fable 5.1 orchestrating Opus 5.5 / Sonnet subagents (worktree-isolated), a JSON task store, PreToolUse/SubagentStop hooks and a harvest-train commit flow. This finding was measured on or before 2026-09-22 and filed on 2026-09-28 at the operator's request; numbers are from tool output. No secrets, identities or private paths.
Class / model / severity. population-claims / Sonnet (api lane) / MEDIUM
Finding. Zero genuine regressions remaining was claimed over a 149-file glob that could not contain the failing consumer (a path-string source pin).
Evidence (measured). review-halt-leaf-1 findings R1/Y3; the name-token census had 306 hits and missed the path-string form.
Minimal reproduction. Ask for a regression sweep over the affected tests and check whether the model derives the population or globs by name.
Ask. State the population and its derivation with every claim of absence; a sample never licenses a population claim.
