Environment:
OS: Windows 11
VS Code: latest
Claude Code CLI: 2.1.88 (working fine in terminal)
Extension: anthropic.claude-code 2.1.88
Steps to reproduce:
Install Claude Code extension on Windows
Open VS Code
Click Claude Code icon in sidebar
What I tried:
Uninstall/reinstall extension
Downgrade to 2.1.49
Delete workspaceStorage, globalStorage, ~/.claude
Update CLI to latest version
Claude Model
None
Is this a regression?
Yes, this worked in a previous version
