[BUG] Weekly usage reset failed + incorrect token burn rate on $200 Max plan

Description

Two separate issues on a $200/month Max plan:

1. Weekly usage reset did not happen

  • Weekly reset is scheduled for Fridays at 11 AM
  • The reset on Friday March 27 did not occur
  • Currently showing 71% usage with no reset until April 3
  • This means I will hit my usage cap and lose access to a service I'm paying $200/month for

2. Incorrect token burn rate (recurring)

  • Multiple times last week, usage was burning at a rate inconsistent with the $200 Max plan
  • The burn rate appeared to match the $100 plan tier instead
  • This happened repeatedly, then self-corrected without explanation
  • No changes were made on my end

Support experience

  • Filed support tickets through the Intercom/Fin AI agent 3 days in a row
  • Each time Fin promises escalation to a human agent, no human has ever responded
  • Conversation ID: 215473702831270
  • The support chatbot is non-functional for billing issues — it either closes before the issue can be described, promises email follow-up that never comes, or loops endlessly

  • Plan: Max ($200/month)

  • Weekly reset schedule: Fridays at 11 AM

Expected behavior

  • Weekly usage should reset on schedule
  • Token consumption rate should match the plan tier being paid for
  • Support should provide a functional path to reach a human for billing issues
