Bug Description
Dispatch not working despite proper setup. Desktop app latest version, mobile and desktop connected, folder access granted, Claude Code session active, keep awake enabled. Messages from mobile/desktop apps not reaching active Claude Code session. All dispatch requirements met but cross-device messaging fails.
