[BUG] "it the REPL" stuck to the end of resume command when ending a session

Preflight Checklist

- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When I exit a session, the command to resume has "it the REPL" stuck on the end of the resume ID, like this:
claude --resume 094e1336-4b83-4bd8-8273-f32e9d9ab719it the REPL
What Should Happen?
At the very least it should probably say "in the REPL" and have a space. Ideally this text would just go away entirely though — in my opinion it's actually more correct without it, since the shell isn't a REPL.
