[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Could not process image - session stuck unable to resume

Bug Description
АPI Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Could not process image"},"request_id":"req_011CZujWMsJzJNurEaxsXxEV"} and it gets stuck and i cannot resume my session, please fix it ASAP!
