Freeze console scroll when BTW answer is present

Problem Statement

When prompting with /btw while the main agent is running, the agent's verbose keeps the screen jumping to the top of the console, making reading the btw answer of Claude hard as i need to scroll back to it each time.

Proposed Solution

It would be better if, as long as the answer is not dismissed, the console would stop jumping and let me read the answer uninterrupted.
