[BUG] pasting small text has the console scroll up and down without reason

What's Wrong?

Pasting scrolls up and down without reason creating a very unpleasant flashy(in the wrong way) effect.

What Should Happen?

Pasting keeps the console view on the same line/level

in konsole(fedora 43,kde 6.3) just paste +20 lines of texts
