[Bug] Opus 4.6 with extended thinking degraded performance on basic tasks

Bug Description
Claude is having a really hard time doing basic tasks, the thinking capability has dropped of heavily in the last 3 days to the point where I'm frustrated and continuing to ask it to fix the same thing over and over again. Setting up a docker container to run an agent shouldn't be a 25 turn converstion, this is worse than sonnet 4.5, and I'm using max thinking with opus 4.6
