Bug Description
Claude is having a bad day across the board - 4.8 AND 5. I've been using Claude for many tens of hours a week for many many months now. I believe I'm quite attuned to how Claude normally operates. Today has been INCREDIBLY bad. The assumptions it makes and the errors it makes is astounding, not only on this chat.
