[BUG] /resume picker doesn't show session names set via /rename

Session names set via /rename are stored correctly (visible after resuming) but don't appear in the /resume session picker list, making it hard to find named sessions. The name only shows after actually resuming. Terminal environment (no A/B keyboard shortcuts in picker).
