/dream command shown in /memory UI but not recognized as a command

## Description

The `/memory` menu displays: `Auto-dream: on · last ran 13h ago · /dream to run`

However, typing `/dream` at the prompt returns: `Unknown skill: dream`

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code CLI
2. Type `/memory` — observe it shows `/dream to run`
3. Cancel out of `/memory`
4. Type `/dream`
5. Get error: `Unknown skill: dream`

## Expected behavior

`/dream` should trigger autodream memory consolidation as advertised in the `/memory` UI.
