[BUG] Web UI bug: user messages not displayed in conversation

What's Wrong?

在 Claude Code Web 界面中，对话框只显示 AI 的回答，用户自己的提问/消息不显示。截图如附。

Steps to Reproduce: 在 claude.ai/code 进行多轮对话，用户消息在界面上不渲染。

Expected: 用户消息和 AI 回答都应显示。
Actual: 只显示 AI 回答，用户消息缺失。

What Should Happen?

用户消息和 AI 回答都应正常显示在对话界面中。
