[BUG] Usage limit reached error with 0% usage displayed

What's Wrong?
Issue: Getting "usage limit reached" error despite usage showing 0% across all limits
Plan: Individual Pro (active subscription)
Product: Claude Code desktop app
Operating system: Windows
When it started: May 10, 2026 after limits reset
Current status: Cannot type or use Claude Code at all
Troubleshooting already attempted:
Restarted Claude Code 3+ times
Logged out and back in multiple times
Tried on different device (desktop)
Switched between models
Waited 30+ minutes for sync
Cleared cache
What Should Happen?
I dont know. Let me use it
Error Messages/Logs
Limit reached. API Error: Extra usage is required for 1M context. Then I tried this in smaller project still Limit reached.
Steps to Reproduce
Just use claude code. When I enter prompt thats the error.
