[FEATURE] In Visual Studio open Claude Code in the first editor space

Problem Statement

I like to use Claude Code in Visual Studio as a tab in the editor pane. When I run Claude Code: Open in New Tab it always opens it up in the 2nd editor space, leaving the first editor space blank (I have workbench.startupEditor set to none)

Proposed Solution

It would be great to have it open by default in the first editor pane

Alternative Solutions

After running Claude Code: Open in New Tab, I close the empty first editor space manually
