Problem Statement

Hi,

could you please add the token usage for the Visual Studio Code Extension? The extension is really great, but it lacks feedback on usage and this would help tremendously to optimise token usage in the development environment (what CLI / MCPs to set up where Claude likes to do the work manually).

The interface should show: Input token / Output token pre request and total for the session
