[BUG] Latest Visual Studio Code extension is all broken

What's Wrong?

Nothing works. It even froze my current workflow when auto updated and locked all my sessions. Configurations change doesn't work. I use Yolo mode (skip permissions). Doesn't advance at all. Stays with any prompt in the "Cogitating" or whatever other message with the asterisk forever. Totally unusable. Are you testing releases or have regression tests?

What Should Happen?

Work and advance with tasks instead of freezing. Configuration panel should show up. Sometimes even the stop button freezes do not cancel prompt. Stays there forever.

No error message at all.

Set skip permissions mode and type a prompt. Frozzen.
