Bug Description
The rename command is useful, but it would be significantly more valuable if Claude could also rename the session automatically. The same applies to session coloring.

Additionally, the command-line option claude --name test does not appear to work as expected. When using it, neither the terminal tab nor the command prompt within the Claude session reflects the specified name.
