[FEATURE] give me a way to turn off stupid random coloring of text in Windows Terminal

Your output is mostly white text with random sections in blue. Turn that off. I want all output in one
color.

Got it. The colored sections come from markdown formatting (headers, bold, code blocks). I'll use plain text

No, it is not for markdown formatting (headers, bold, code blocks). It is random sections of code. For
example, above you wrote against a target file if you want to test changes to it independently of
Jenkins and it began and ended in white, but t a target file if you want to test changes to it i was
in blue. Some developer was implementing what they thought was a cute feature. It is not cute. It is
stupid.

Proposed Solution

Give me a way to turn this off. Better yet, turn it off by default.
