[FEATURE] Tab Coloring & Naming

Problem Statement

I work a lot with Claude Code in VS Code. I work in different tabs, using different Agents - it would be super helpful to name each Tab or use the name of the Agent used within the Tab in VS Code - or even allow coloring - to make it easier to switch between them!

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be able to click on the tab and say "Rename" and select an appropriate color for it
