Remote Control blocked by org_level_disabled on Pro plan — persists after re-login

What's Wrong?

Plan: Pro (stripe_subscription)
Claude Code version: 2.1.74
OS: macOS (M4 Mac Mini)
Auth method: claude.ai OAuth
Problem: claude remote-control fails with pairing error. Diagnostics show cachedExtraUsageDisabledReason: org_level_disabled and hasExtraUsageEnabled: False in .claude.json. Removing the flag locally and re-running /logout + /login re-caches the same value from the server, indicating the block is set at the org level on Anthropic's backend.
