[BUG] Claude code disabled by org administration on personal account

What's Wrong?

Hello,

I’m having an issue accessing Claude on the web. My personal account is showing the message:

“Disabled by org admin”

However, this is a personal account and I am not part of any organization or workspace.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Logging out and back in
• Using a private/incognito browser session
• Switching networks (Wi-Fi and hotspot)
• Logging in with email instead of Google/Apple
• Using a personal device (iPad)

The issue persists across all attempts.

It seems like my account may have been incorrectly associated with an organization or workspace. Could you please check and remove any organization restrictions tied to my account?

What Should Happen?

I expected to be able to log into Claude and access the normal chat interface.

Since this is a personal account and not part of any organization, I should not be seeing the “Disabled by org admin” message. I expected full access to Claude Code on the web without restrictions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Claude code website
2. Click “Log in”
3. Enter my email and continue (using email login, not Google/Apple)
4. After logging in, the message “Disabled by org admin” appears instead of the chat interface

This happens consistently across:

• Safari on iPad (personal device)
• Private browsing mode
• Different networks (Wi-Fi and hotspot)
