[Bug] Session name cache not updated after /resume

Bug Description
Sometimes when I switch the sessions via /resume, I can see the outdated session name even if I already renamed it. I guess it is a bug

Here my session name is BrainModeling:

but in resume, I saw it is still init. This is not a deterministic bug. I tried to get a screenshot but after some switches the name is shown correctly.
