[FEATURE] vscode extension: clearly show the current model selected and used

Problem Statement

I'd like to be able to easily identify the model being used.

This will help me to keep track of costs, eg. if its stuck on Opus I run out of tokens fast

Proposed Solution

Either by overing the message, showing the model in the status bar, or after its done processing
