The issue occurs on both Mac and Windows platforms. I suspect that recent changes to Anthropic's models are causing these problems. It seems like you initially provide users with a better model, but once they start using the max plan, you replace it with a less intelligent model to increase profits. This isn't a good practice.

At minimum, you should provide good models for people who are paying for the max plan. Charging $200 and then secretly using less intelligent models behind the scenes doesn't look good. You know that building a good business reputation is difficult - you've achieved it with Claude and other products - but getting a bad reputation is easy. All your competitors are watching, and once a customer leaves feeling cheated, they won't come back.
