[BUG] No way to revisit folder permissions for Dispatch

What's Wrong?
If the setup workflow for Dispatch does not run correctly, Dispatch does not inherit Cowork folder permissions, and there seems to be no way to edit these permissions after the initial setup. This leaves Dispatch unable to use the folders, tools and extensions available to Cowork, with no way to fix this.
What Should Happen?
All the options offered during the setup process should be available as settings toggles

Steps to Reproduce
- Use Dispatch for the first time on iOS
- Do not grant folder access when asked, or miss the screen where this option is offered
