[Feature Request] Display working directory in bash tool permission prompts

Question

**Bug Description**
For bash tool permission request, there should be a way to show the folder it is working in. Currently when getting rm -rf build and I am unsure what folder is it in, have to decline and ask for full path

I saw similar #1489, but the status line solution mentioned seems to be insufficient to address the issue as the status line temporarily hides during permission prompts, also a subagent may work in a different folder.
